Delivery Issues
If your cake arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
Cancellation and Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes due to the customized nature of our products.
To request a cancellation or change, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete before finalizing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the cancellation request comes to cakesdekho before 24 hours to the start of time slot selected - 10% of order value is charged as cancellation charges. 90% refund to Bank Account. NOTE - 100% refund can be requested in cakesdekho wallet, where we waive off cancellation charges.
If cancellation is request comes to cakesdekhko within 12 hours to the start of time slot selected - 100% of order value will be deducted as cancellation charges. 0% refund to Bank account or 0% to cakesdekho wallet applicable.
The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. In such case amount paid by customer is fully refunded to Winni wallet or bank account.
Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.
The refunds are only initiated once the customer confirms over mail that where the refund has to be done - cakesdekho wallet or bank account.
Refund will be credited in cakesdekho Wallet on orders which are processing within 48 hours of delivery date
Refunds are processed to your payment method within 15 working days.
Address Change requests
Change in the address is permitted free of cost only before 24 hours of delivery.
Within 24 hours period before delivery , if address is changed we charge Rs 100/-.
Sometimes the address change request can not be accepted, in that case order will not be refunded or cancelled.

Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee the freshness and quality of our cakes at the time of delivery or pick-up. If you notice any issues with the quality upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our cakes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders. This includes cakes made to specific designs, flavors, or decorations requested by the customer.
Errors or Issues: If we have made an error with your order, such as incorrect flavor or design, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, replacement, or discount on a future order.
Non-Delivery Issues: If a cake is delivered and there are issues unrelated to our error (e.g., dissatisfaction with flavor or design), we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. We recommend discussing any concerns with us before placing your order to ensure we meet your expectations.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time. Cancellations within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Refund Process: For any approved refunds, the amount will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
